Located in the Yonge Corporate Centre in North York on Yonge Street here in Toronto, Auberge du Pommier is known as the ‘original jewel’ in the Oliver & Bonacini crown.
Two rustic 1860`s woodcutters` cottages form this splendid French restaurant with modern French cuisine.
Offering a seasonal menu that is enhanced by a cozy fireplace in winter and the beautiful floral terraces in summer, there is a wine selection of 500 label to compliment each and every exquisite dish. Or if you prefer, you may bring your own wine to enjoy with a small corkage fee.
A small sample of the menu would be ‘Supreme de Faisan’ which is broiled pheasant breast, foie gras cannelloni, mulled cabbage, and cinnamon cap mushrooms ans Calvados jus.
There is also a Chefs Tasting Menu full of mouth watering things like Gravlaxde Saumon Sockeye which is a wild sockey salmon and tartar with pickled rhubarb and fennel and cavier.
Truly a fine French dining experience not to be missed!
